We have almost indestructible toys from West Paw for those dogs who destroy everything.  This is a manufacturer-backed guarantee so you don't need to take our word (or bark!) for it - these are manufacturers who stand behind their products.  Just email us a photograph of the damage to the dog toy (extra points for including the offender in the photo!) and tell us whether you'd prefer a refund or a replacement.  It's that simple!
