HOWL - combatting dog theft

Sadly, dog theft is a real problem, but here on The Bark Side we've decided it's time to bite back against dog thieves.

We've created HOWL, a movement to prevent dog theft.  We want to empower dog owners to maintain the safety of their dogs, both at home and when out and about.  Our mantra is: PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN FOUND.
