Shipping policy

Due to increasing delivery costs, our default shipping method for online orders is Second Class Post.  We may, in our absolute discretion, offer free shipping if your order value exceeds an amount specified on our website.  Other shipping options may be available to you; this will be shown at checkout. 

Orders are dispatched within one working day of being placed.

In the event that you wish to make some alternative arrangement for shipping (or, for example, if your order is urgent for a special occasion, etc) please email us at brutus@thebarksideshop.com and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
